The Kyocera AVX 08055A331JAT2M is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) featuring a C0G (NP0) dielectric. This Class I ceramic formulation provides one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available, with a capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C. Capacitance drift or hysteresis is negligible at less than ±0.05%.
This capacitor offers a capacitance of 330 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 50V. It delivers a minimum Q factor of 1000 for capacitors ≥30 pF, ensuring high performance in RF and precision timing circuits. The insulation resistance is a minimum of 10,000 MΩ, and the dielectric strength is tested at 250% of rated voltage.
