The 08055A330JAQ2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX using the C0G (NP0) dielectric, EIA Class I material. It has a capacitance of 33 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 50V. The C0G (NP0) formulation provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C (−55°C to +125°C) and minimal aging and hysteresis.
This capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with dimensions 2.01mm x 1.25mm x 0.94mm maximum thickness. It is designed for surface mount assembly and is available on a 7" reel. The part features a high Q factor of at least 1000 (for ≥30 pF at 1 MHz) and high insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF, whichever is less.
Typical applications include general purpose circuits requiring stable capacitance over temperature and frequency. The dielectric strength is verified at 125V (250% of rated voltage). Operating temperature range is −55°C to +125°C.
