This Kyocera AVX 08055A300JAT4A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 30 pF, rated voltage of 50V DC, and ±5% tolerance. It uses C0G/NP0 dielectric, an EIA Class I ceramic formulation known for excellent temperature stability with capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over -55°C to +125°C operating range.
The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations. It offers a minimum Q factor of 1000 at 1 MHz, high insulation resistance (10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-μF whichever is less), and no breakdown under dielectric strength testing at 250% of rated voltage.
