The Kyocera AVX 08055A220KAT4A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 22 pF, rated for 50V DC. It uses a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which is a Class I ceramic material known for excellent temperature stability with capacitance change of ±30ppm/°C over the operating range of -55°C to +125°C. This makes it suitable for applications requiring stable capacitance over temperature and time.
