The Kyocera AVX 08055A201GAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 200 pF and a tolerance of ±2%. It is rated for 50V DC operation and uses a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which is a Class I ceramic material known for its excellent temperature stability. The temperature coefficient is ±30ppm/°C, ensuring minimal capacitance change over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This makes it suitable for timing, filtering, and resonant circuit applications where low drift and high Q are required.
The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with dimensions of 2.01mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. The termination finish is plated nickel and tin, compatible with lead-free soldering processes. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (7" reel) for automated assembly.
