The 08055A200JA12A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 20 pF with ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 50V. The C0G (NP0) dielectric provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C over -55°C to +125°C. This capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions 2.01mm x 1.25mm x 0.94mm max. It features plated Ni/Sn terminations and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
