The 08055A1R5BAT4A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 1.5 pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.1 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. The capacitor uses C0G/NP0 dielectric, which is a Class I ceramic material known for its excellent temperature stability, with capacitance change of ±0.3% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
This MLCC provides high Q factor (minimum 430 at 1 MHz) and high insulation resistance (minimum 10,000 MΩ), making it suitable for RF, timing, and filtering circuits where low losses and stable performance are critical. The 0805 package (2012 Metric) measures 2.01mm x 1.25mm with a maximum thickness of 0.94mm, enabling compact PCB designs.
