The 08055A182JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, featuring a C0G (NP0) dielectric. C0G is a Class I ceramic formulation known for its exceptional stability over temperature, voltage, and frequency. This capacitor provides a capacitance of 1800 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated DC voltage of 50V.
C0G (NP0) dielectrics exhibit a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C, resulting in less than ±0.3% variation from -55°C to +125°C. They also offer negligible hysteresis and very low aging, making them suitable for timing, tuning, and high-reliability circuits.
