This is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, part number 08055A180JAJ4A. It offers a capacitance of 18 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 50V. The dielectric is C0G (NP0), an EIA Class I ceramic material known for its excellent temperature stability.
