The 08055A152KAT4A is a Class I C0G/NP0 ceramic capacitor from Kyocera AVX, offering 1500 pF capacitance with ±10% tolerance and a 50V DC rating. C0G/NP0 dielectric provides exceptional temperature stability with capacitance change less than ±0.3% from -55°C to +125°C and negligible hysteresis.
This MLCC delivers a minimum Q of 1000 at 1 MHz and 1Vrms, insulation resistance of at least 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ·µF, and dielectric strength with no breakdown at 250% of rated voltage. It is designed for surface mount assembly in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with dimensions 2.01mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm.
Terminations are plated nickel and tin, and the component is supplied on 13-inch tape and reel packaging. Suitable for general purpose applications requiring stable capacitance over temperature and time, such as timing circuits, resonant tanks, and RF filtering.
