The 08055A121KAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, featuring a C0G (NP0) dielectric. This Class I ceramic formulation offers exceptional stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the full operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor has a capacitance of 120pF with a tolerance of ±10% and is rated for 50V DC.
C0G/NP0 dielectrics are known for low losses and high Q, making them suitable for resonant circuits, timing applications, and filters. This part meets a minimum Q of 1000 at 1MHz for values ≥30pF. The insulation resistance is at least 10,000MΩ or 500MΩ-μF, whichever is less.
The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions 2.01mm x 1.25mm x 0.94mm. Termination finish is plated nickel and tin, compatible with lead-free soldering processes. It is supplied on 7-inch tape and reel for automated assembly.
