The 08055A121GAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It features a capacitance of 120 pF with a tolerance of ±2% and a rated voltage of 50V DC. The dielectric is C0G (NP0), which offers excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This makes it suitable for timing and tuning circuits where stability is critical. The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging on a 7-inch reel. With a high Q factor of at least 1000 at 1 MHz, this capacitor is ideal for RF and high-frequency applications. The insulation resistance is a minimum of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ·µF, whichever is less. The dielectric strength is tested at 250% of rated voltage with no breakdown.
