The 08055A120FA12A is a 12pF, 50V rated, C0G (NP0) dielectric multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX in the standard 0805 (2012 metric) surface mount package. It offers a ±1% capacitance tolerance and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
As a Class I ceramic capacitor, the C0G/NP0 dielectric provides exceptional temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30ppm/°C, making it suitable for circuits requiring low drift and high stability. The Quality Factor (Q) is a minimum of 640 at 1 MHz, and the insulation resistance is at least 10,000 MΩ.
