The 08055A102FAT2M is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It features a capacitance of 1000 pF with a tight ±1% tolerance and a rated voltage of 50V DC. The capacitor utilizes C0G (NP0) dielectric, which is a Class I ceramic formulation known for its excellent stability: capacitance change with temperature is 0±30ppm/°C, and hysteresis is negligible at less than ±0.05%.
This component operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. The insulation resistance is a minimum of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF (whichever is less), and the dielectric strength test ensures no breakdown at 250% of rated voltage. For capacitance values 30 pF and above, the minimum quality factor (Q) is 1000 when tested at 1.0 MHz and 1.0 Vrms.
The capacitor is packaged in an 0805 (2012 Metric) case size with dimensions of 2.01mm length, 1.25mm width, and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Termination finish is plated nickel and tin. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging on a 7" reel, suitable for automated assembly. The part is designated for general purpose applications and is RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
