The Kyocera AVX 08053C154JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 0.15 µF and a tolerance of ±5%. It is rated for 25V DC and features an X7R dielectric, which offers a capacitance change within ±15% over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
