This MLCC capacitor is part of the C0G (NP0) Class I dielectric family, offering exceptional stability with capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range. The 2200pF capacitance is rated at 25V with ±5% tolerance. Electrical characteristics include a minimum Q factor of 1000 for capacitances ≥30pF, insulation resistance of 10,000MΩ or 500MΩ-µF (whichever is less), and dielectric strength of 250% of rated voltage.
The component is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) surface mount package measuring 2.01mm x 1.25mm with a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Termination is plated nickel and tin, suitable for RoHS-compliant assembly. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and the moisture sensitivity level is MSL 1 (unlimited floor life).
