The Kyocera AVX 08052C102KAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric. It offers a capacitance of 1000pF, a rated voltage of 200V DC, and a tolerance of ±10%. The X7R formulation provides stable capacitance over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a capacitance change of ±15% over that range.
This capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package measuring 2.01mm x 1.25mm with a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. It is designed for general-purpose applications and is supplied on 7-inch tape and reel for automated assembly. The terminations are plated nickel and tin, suitable for soldering.
X7R dielectrics are Class II ceramic materials, making this capacitor suitable for bypass, coupling, and decoupling circuits where moderate capacitance stability under voltage and temperature is acceptable.
