Multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric, rated capacitance 470pF and rated voltage 100V DC. X7R provides stable capacitance within ±15% over the full temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor features a ±10% tolerance and a dissipation factor of ≤10% for ≥50V DC rating. Insulation resistance is 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF, whichever is less.
This component is housed in a standard 0805 (2012 metric) surface-mount package with dimensions 2.00mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Terminations are plated nickel and tin, compatible with reflow soldering processes. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging suitable for automated pick-and-place assembly.
X7R dielectric is temperature stable and suitable for general-purpose applications such as bypass, coupling, and decoupling circuits where moderate capacitance changes under voltage are acceptable. The operating temperature range covers -55°C to +125°C, making it usable in a wide variety of environments.
