The 08051C103KAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 10000 pF with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated voltage of 100V DC. The X7R dielectric provides a capacitance change within ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for temperature-stable applications.
This capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with dimensions of 2.00mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Termination is plated nickel and tin, compatible with standard surface mount assembly processes. The part is supplied on 7-inch reels.
Key electrical characteristics include a dissipation factor of ≤10% for voltage ratings ≥50V DC and insulation resistance of 10,000MΩ or 500MΩ-μF, whichever is less.
