The Kyocera AVX 08051C102KAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric. It offers 1000 pF capacitance rated at 100V DC with a tolerance of ±10%. The X7R formulation provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. This capacitor is housed in a standard 0805 (2012 Metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations suitable for soldering.
Designed for general purpose applications, this component exhibits a dissipation factor of ≤10% for 100V ratings and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF whichever is less. The dielectric strength is 250% of rated voltage for 1-5 seconds. This MLCC is ideal for decoupling, bypass, and filtering circuits in industrial and consumer electronics.
Packaging is provided on 7" reels, and the part is compatible with standard surface mount assembly processes. The termination style is plated Ni and Sn, ensuring reliable solder joints.
