The 08051A680JAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It features a capacitance of 68 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 100V. The dielectric is C0G (NP0), which provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This makes it suitable for timing and tuning circuits where stability is critical. The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions 2.01mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Terminations are plated nickel and tin.
