The Kyocera AVX 08051A271GAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 270pF, rated voltage of 100V, and a tolerance of ±2%. It uses a C0G (NP0) dielectric, a Class I temperature-compensating ceramic material offering excellent stability. The capacitance change with temperature is 0 ±30ppm/°C, less than ±0.3% from -55°C to +125°C. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. This capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions 2.01mm x 1.25mm x 0.94mm. The termination finish is plated nickel and tin. Typical applications include general purpose circuits where high stability and low losses are required. The part is available on 7" reels for automated assembly. The C0G dielectric provides high insulation resistance (10,000MΩ or 500MΩ-μF, whichever is less) and no breakdown under dielectric strength test.
