The Bel Fuse 0697H6300-02 is a subminiature, radial lead, time-lag (slow blow) fuse from the 0697H series. It is rated for 6.3A continuous current with a voltage rating of 350VAC and 72VDC. The fuse features a high I²t of 180 A²s, making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents.
The fuse meets UL 248-14 requirements and has a breaking capacity of 150A AC and 200A DC. It is AEC-Q200 compliant, making it suitable for automotive applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
