The Bel Fuse 0685P2500-01 is a surface mount fast acting chip fuse from the 0685P series. It is rated for 2.5 A continuous current with a maximum voltage of 50 VAC and 63 VDC. The fuse offers a breaking capacity of 50 A AC and 100 A DC, with a melting I²t of 0.6 A²sec. Nominal cold resistance is 82 mohms, and maximum voltage drop is 0.305 V at rated current, with power dissipation of 0.76 W.
Constructed on a ceramic substrate with silver/nickel/tin terminations and a lead-free glass element cover coating, this fuse is designed for reliable surface mount soldering. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C, and it is compatible with 260°C IR lead-free and wave soldering processes. The fuse body is marked with a 'T' code for 2.5 A identification.
