This Kyocera AVX multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) offers 0.33 µF capacitance with 16V DC voltage rating. The X5R dielectric delivers capacitance variation within ±15% over the entire -55°C to +85°C operating temperature range, making it suitable for decoupling and filtering applications.
Electrical characteristics include a dissipation factor of ≤12.5% at 16V rating and insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ·µF whichever is less. The ±10% tolerance provides predictable performance in general-purpose circuits.
The 0603 (1608 metric) package measures 1.60mm x 0.81mm with a maximum thickness of 0.90mm. Terminations are plated nickel and tin for reliable solderability. The capacitor is supplied on 7" tape and reel for automated assembly.
Designed as an EIA Class II dielectric, this capacitor is well suited for decoupling, bypass, and filtering functions in a wide range of electronic equipment.
