The 0603YD105MAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 1 µF with a tolerance of ±20% and a voltage rating of 16V DC. The capacitor uses X5R dielectric, which provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
