The 0603YD105KAT4A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It has a nominal capacitance of 1µF with ±10% tolerance and a rated DC voltage of 16V. The dielectric is X5R, which provides a capacitance variation of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. The dissipation factor is ≤12.5% for this 16V rating, and the insulation resistance is a minimum of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ·µF, whichever is less. The dielectric strength is 250% of rated voltage.
