The 0603YC104KAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 0.1 µF with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated voltage of 16V DC. The X7R dielectric provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for temperature-stable applications.
This capacitor is housed in an 0603 (1608 Metric) package with dimensions of 1.60mm length, 0.81mm width, and a maximum thickness of 0.90mm. The terminations are plated with nickel and tin, compatible with standard surface-mount soldering processes. It is supplied on 7-inch reels for automated assembly.
X7R capacitors are commonly used in general-purpose applications such as decoupling, filtering, and bypass circuits where moderate capacitance stability is required.
