The Coilcraft 0603LS-391XJLC is a wirewound ceramic core fixed inductor with an inductance of 390 nH at 7.9 MHz and a tolerance of ±5%. It is designed for high-frequency applications, offering a minimum Q factor of 15 at 7.9 MHz and a minimum self-resonant frequency of 620 MHz. The inductor has a maximum DC resistance of 0.51 Ohms and a maximum current rating of 0.5 A.
This component is housed in a standard 0603 surface-mount package and is supplied on tape and reel (8 mm tape, 4 mm pocket spacing, 1.17 mm pocket depth) with 2000 pieces per reel. It operates over an ambient temperature range of –40°C to +85°C with full rated current, and up to +100°C with derated current. The inductor can withstand up to three 40-second reflow cycles at +260°C.
