The 06036D105MAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 1µF with a rated voltage of 6.3V DC. The X5R dielectric provides a capacitance variation of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, making it suitable for decoupling and filtering applications.
The capacitor is housed in a standard 0603 (1608 Metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations, designed for surface mount assembly. It features a dissipation factor of ≤12.5% and an insulation resistance of 10000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF, whichever is less. The dielectric strength is 250% of rated voltage for 1-5 seconds.
This general-purpose MLCC is well suited for decoupling and filtering in a wide range of electronic circuits. It is available on 7" or 13" reels for automated pick-and-place assembly.
