The Kyocera AVX 06035A820JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 82 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It features a C0G (NP0) dielectric, an EIA Class I ceramic material known for excellent temperature stability. Capacitance change with temperature is 0 ±30ppm/°C, resulting in less than ±0.3% change from -55°C to +125°C. This makes it ideal for timing, filtering, and resonant circuit applications where stable capacitance over temperature is critical.
This capacitor is offered in a standard 0603 (1608 metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations. The component is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and has a tolerance of ±5%. It features high insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF (whichever is less) and a dielectric strength of 250% of rated voltage for 1-5 seconds with current limited to 50mA.
The C0G dielectric exhibits negligible capacitance drift and hysteresis, and typical capacitance change with life is less than ±0.1%. This part is suitable for use in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics where stable and reliable performance is required. Available in tape and reel packaging (7" reel) for automated assembly.
