The 06035A271KAT2A is a 270pF ±10% 50V C0G/NP0 multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It features a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which offers one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. Capacitance change with temperature is 0 ±30ppm/°C, less than ±0.3% from -55°C to +125°C. The Q factor is ≥1000 for capacitance ≥30 pF at 1.0 MHz. Insulation resistance is 10,000 MΩ minimum, and dielectric strength is 250% of rated voltage.
This capacitor is designed for general purpose applications requiring stable capacitance over temperature and frequency. It is supplied in a 0603 (1608 metric) surface mount package with plated nickel and tin terminations. The maximum thickness is 0.90mm, and it is packaged on 7" tape and reel. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
