The Kyocera AVX 06035A120JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 12pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It features a C0G (NP0) Class I dielectric, offering excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The tolerance is ±5%.
This capacitor is housed in an 0603 (1608 Metric) package with dimensions of 1.60mm x 0.81mm and a maximum thickness of 0.90mm. Terminations are plated with nickel and tin (Ni/Sn).
