The 06033C102JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 1000 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 25V DC. The X7R dielectric provides a temperature stability of ±15% over the operating range of -55°C to +125°C, with non-linear capacitance variations under voltage and frequency.
