The Kyocera AVX 06031A470JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 47 pF, rated voltage of 100V, and ±5% tolerance. It uses a C0G (NP0) Class I dielectric, which offers excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
Electrical characteristics include a minimum Q factor of 1000 for capacitors ≥30 pF, insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ·µF (whichever is less), and dielectric strength of 250% of rated voltage for 1-5 seconds.
