The Molex 0525590672 is a 6-position FFC/FPC connector with a 0.5mm pitch, designed for vertical surface mount applications. It features a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) slide lock mechanism, ensuring secure cable retention. The connector is rated for 50V and operates from -40°C to 85°C. Housing is made of Polyamide (PA46) with a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) actuator, and contacts are Phosphor Bronze with Tin Bismuth finish. It is RoHS3 compliant and has a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The connector supports straight and tapered cable ends, and accepts 0.30mm thick FFC/FPC cables. Height above board is 3.90mm.
