The Molex 0512810894 is a right-angle surface mount FFC/FPC connector designed for reliable interconnections in space-constrained applications. It features 8 positions with a 0.5mm pitch, making it suitable for high-density flex circuit connections.
The connector is constructed with a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) housing that is glass-filled and rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 85°C, and the voltage rating is 50V.
