The 04FHS-RSM1-GAN-TB(LF)(SN) is a compact FPC connector from JST, part of the FHS series. It offers a low profile of 0.9mm mounting height and a depth of 3.1mm, suitable for space-constrained applications. The connector supports 4 positions with a 0.5mm pitch and features a surface mount, right angle orientation.
The connector employs a zero insertion force (ZIF) mechanism with a flip lock actuator for easy cable insertion and secure retention. Solder retention features ensure reliable board attachment. The housing is made of Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the actuator is Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS). Contacts are copper alloy with gold finish.
Electrical ratings include 0.5A AC/DC current and 50V AC/DC voltage. Contact resistance is 60 mΩ max, insulation resistance 800 MΩ min. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C. The connector is RoHS2 compliant and lead-free (tin plating). Standard packaging is 6000 units per reel.
