The Littelfuse 0477005.MXEP is a 5A time-lag ceramic cartridge fuse from the 477 series, designed for high energy and power efficient applications. It is rated for 500VAC and 400VDC with a breaking capacity of 100A at 500VAC and 500A at 400VDC. The slow-blow response accommodates inrush currents, making it suitable for capacitive or inductive loads.
The fuse features a melting I2t of 76.5 A²s and a cold resistance of 13.7 mΩ. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The package is a 5mm x 20mm axial lead through-hole design, with dimensions of 0.217" diameter by 0.846" length (5.50mm x 21.50mm).
This fuse carries agency approvals from cULus, PSE, and SEMKO, and is RoHS compliant and lead-free. It follows the IEC 60127-2, Sheet 5 specification for time-lag fuses and is designed for global use.
