The Littelfuse 0461.500ER is a 500mA board-mount slow-blow (Slo-Blo) fuse from the 461 TeleLink series. It is rated for 600VAC and 80VDC with a breaking capacity of 60A AC and 100A DC.
This surface-mount fuse is housed in a 2-SMD square end block package measuring 10.10mm x 3.12mm x 3.12mm. It operates over a -55°C to 125°C temperature range and is designed for telecom applications. The fuse carries CSA and UR agency approvals and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
Designed for surge resistance, the 461 series meets Telcordia GR-1089-CORE and TIA-968-A requirements when used with appropriate overvoltage protection devices. The slow-blow characteristic ensures the fuse tolerates brief inrush currents without nuisance opening, while providing overcurrent protection for telecom line cards and networking equipment.
The part is available in tape-and-reel (F1449TR-ND), cut tape (F1449CT-ND), and Digi-Reel (F1449DKR-ND) packaging options for automated assembly.
