The Littelfuse 0460.500UR is a 500mA, 125VAC/VDC slow blow (Slo-Blo) surface mount fuse from the 460 Series. It is designed for board mount applications where high inrush current withstand capability is required. The fuse has a breaking capacity of 50A at rated voltage and a nominal cold resistance of 1.9 ohms. Its melting I²t is 0.21 A²s. The fuse is housed in a 2-SMD, J-Lead package with dimensions 7.24mm x 4.32mm x 3.05mm. The body is molded thermoplastic with tin-plated copper terminations. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The fuse is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and has MSL 1. Typical applications include wireless basestations, network equipment, and telecom equipment. The 460 Series is based on Littelfuse PICO through-hole technology adapted for surface mount.
