The Littelfuse 0456030.ER is a 30A board mount fuse from the 456 Series, designed for high current surface mount applications. It is rated for 125VAC and 72VDC with a breaking capacity of 100A at 125VAC and 500A at 72VDC.
This very fast acting fuse has a nominal cold resistance of 0.00132 ohms and a melting I²t of 81 A²sec. The voltage drop at rated current is 69.9 mV. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The fuse is housed in a compact 2-SMD square end block package (NANO2) with dimensions 10.10mm x 3.12mm x 3.12mm. It is suitable for lead-free soldering processes and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
Typical applications include voltage regulator modules for PC servers, cooling fan systems, storage system power, and base station power supplies. The fuse is approved by cULus and PSE.
