The Littelfuse 0437.250WR is a 1206 fast-acting ceramic fuse from the 437 series, designed for overcurrent protection in circuits with high ambient temperatures up to 150°C. It is rated at 250mA (0.25A) with a maximum voltage of 125VAC/VDC and a breaking capacity of 50A at rated voltage. The fuse offers a melting I²t of 0.003 A²s, nominal resistance of 2.29Ω, voltage drop of 0.78V, and power dissipation of 0.195W at rated current.
This surface mount fuse is housed in a 1206 (3216 metric) package with dimensions 3.20mm x 1.63mm x 0.82mm. It is 100% lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant, suitable for leaded and lead-free reflow/wave soldering. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
