The Littelfuse 042902.5WRM is a 2.5A, 32V fast blow surface mount fuse from the 429 Series. It is designed for overcurrent protection in compact electronic circuits. The fuse features a very fast-acting response time, with a maximum opening time of 5 seconds at 200% of rated current and 0.2 seconds at 300%.
Electrical characteristics include a cold resistance of 0.03065 Ω (measured at 10% of rated current, 25°C) and a melting I²t of 0.500 A²·s. The interrupting rating is 50 amperes at rated voltage for the 0.125–3A range. The fuse operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 90°C.
Packaged in a 1206 (3216 Metric) surface mount case, the device measures 3.18mm x 1.52mm x 1.14mm. Terminations are copper/nickel/tin-lead (95/5) with a conformal coating.
