The Kyocera AVX 0402YC223KAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric. It offers a capacitance of 0.022µF with a voltage rating of 16V DC and a capacitance tolerance of ±10%.
X7R is a temperature-stable Class II dielectric, providing capacitance variation within ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This makes the part suitable for bypass, decoupling, and filtering applications where moderate capacitance changes under bias and temperature are acceptable.
