The Kyocera AVX 04025A121GAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 120 pF and a voltage rating of 50V. It utilizes a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which is an EIA Class I ceramic material known for excellent temperature stability. The capacitance change with temperature is ±30 ppm/°C, resulting in less than ±0.3% change over the full operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
This capacitor offers a tolerance of ±2% and is housed in a compact 0402 (1005 Metric) package measuring 1.00mm x 0.50mm with a maximum thickness of 0.56mm.
