The JST FM series 03FM-1.0SP-1.9-TF(LF)(SN) is a miniature 3-position FFC/FPC connector with a 1.00mm pitch, designed for high-density PCB interconnections. It features a right angle surface mount configuration with a low profile height of 3.00mm above board. The connector uses double-sided phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating for reliable electrical connection on both sides of the FFC or FPC. It is rated for 0.5A current and 50V voltage, with a contact resistance of 20 mΩ max and insulation resistance of 800 MΩ min. The housing is made of heat-resistant Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for reflow soldering. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C. The connector accepts FFC/FPC with a thickness of 0.33mm and supports straight or tapered cable end types.
