The Littelfuse 025101.5MRT1L is a PICO II 251 Series very fast-acting fuse designed for secondary overcurrent protection in space-constrained applications. It is rated for 1.5A at 125VAC/VDC with a breaking capacity of 50A AC and 300A DC. The fast blow response ensures rapid disconnection during fault conditions. Electrical characteristics include a cold resistance of 0.0823Ω, voltage drop of 0.21V, and melting I²t of 0.587 A²s. The fuse operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The fuse is housed in an axial through-hole package measuring 0.110" diameter by 0.280" length (2.80mm x 7.11mm). It is approved by CSA, cURus, PSE, and TUV. Typical applications include secondary protection in flat-panel display TVs, LCD monitor backlight inverters, power supplies, audio/video systems, lighting systems, and medical equipment.
