The Kyocera AVX 0201YC391KAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric. It offers a capacitance of 390pF with ±10% tolerance and a rated voltage of 16V DC.
X7R dielectric provides stable capacitance within ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for general purpose applications. The dissipation factor is limited to ≤12.5% per datasheet specifications.
