The Walsin Technology 0201X104K6R3CT is a general-purpose multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for surface mount assembly. It offers a capacitance of 0.1 µF with a rated voltage of 6.3V DC and a tolerance of ±10%. The X5R dielectric provides stable capacitance over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, making it suitable for bypass, decoupling, and filtering applications in digital circuits and consumer electronics.
This capacitor is housed in an ultra-compact 0201 (0603 metric) package measuring 0.60mm x 0.30mm x 0.33mm, enabling high-density PCB layouts.
